Emergency Contact List Update Request Form
If you are a current monitored customer, you can fill out this form to update your central station emergency contact list. Enter the names and numbers in the order you wish the list to be called. Please be careful to fill out all information accurately, so we can process this request without delay. If this form is submitted outside of normal business hours, it will not be processed until the next business day. Once the contact list has been updated, a notification will be sent to inform you the changes are active.
