Monitoring Service Activation Form
Do you currently have a home or business with a non-monitored security system? If the answer is yes, we would like the opportunity to meet with you to discuss the benefits a monitored system can offer. Please fill out the form below and a customer service representative will contact you to set a free, no obligation survey of your existing system. We offer complimentary monitoring service connections in most instances.
Service Technician Request
Please fill out this form to request service on your system. We will process the service request the next business day if submitted outside of normal business hours. If immediate attention is required, please call us at (423) 282-3755 during normal business hours or (423) 282-1665 for after hours service.
Vacation Notification Form
Please fill out the central station vacation form to request special account instructions during the time you will be out of town. Please be careful to provide accurate customer information, so we can process this request without delay. If this form is submitted outside of normal business hours then it will not be processed until the next business day. Once the contact list has been updated, a notification will be sent to inform you the changes are active.
Notification of move
If you are a current monitored customer with Fleenor Security Systems and are planning to move, please fill out this form and one of our customer care representatives will contact you within one business day. If you plan on moving to a new location in the immediate area, we would love the opportunity to protect your new residence.
