As an Outside Sales Representative you will be provided with hot leads and expected to network in the community to cultivate new prospects which you will convert into sales of residential or commercial security systems. This is a highly visible position in which you will not only make customer presentations and close deals, but will also work with our installation teams to ensure quality work that is consistent with our reputation for exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you must be self-motivated and consultative with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to exceed goals and expectations. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as a firm commitment to the best and most responsive customer service.

Responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic security, life safety, access control, video surveillance, intercom/paging, and other low-voltage residential and commercial systems. Must be able to work independently while following Company policies and procedures; interact professionally with Customers; Company staff, and vendor technical support personnel; possess excellent written communication skills; lift and carry 40 lbs.; climb ladders and scaffolding; and operate lifts. Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass all pre-employment drug screening and State and Federal background checks.

Must be able to interact professionally with customers and company staff; possess excellent written communication skills; lift and carry 40 lbs.; climb ladders and scaffolding; and operate all types of hand tools. Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass all pre-employment drug screening and State and Federal background checks.
